About Me.

Hi there! I’m Melanie, and I’m so glad you stopped by.

Here’s a bit about me.

I married my high-school sweetheart, and nineteen years later, we’re still laughing our way through life with our three incredible kids. They keep our house loud, lively, and never short on stories.

I’ve always loved learning. If I’m not lost in a self-help book or a good novel, you’ll probably find me listening to a personal growth podcast. I’m endlessly curious and always looking for ways to grow.

I started my career in education and realized there’s so much more I wanted to offer beyond traditional teaching. That’s why I got certified in coaching and community mental health. My book, “Why Me? What Now?”, reflects my passion for helping teens navigate tough times with practical advice and encouragement.

Through Empower Me: Youth Development Coaching, I’m here to support young people in discovering their own strengths, feeling great about who they are, and tackling life’s challenges with confidence. I’m excited to be part of their journey and make a positive impact!

Feel free to reach out with any questions—I’m always here and happy to help!
